The Twilight Zone
The Twilight Zone is the only sci-fi series I’ve ever watched. I don’t care for any other sci-fi series, and frankly after watching The Twilight Zone; every other sci-fi series pales by comparison.
Rod Serling is one of the few screenwriters; if not the only screenwriter to have ever fused Shakespeare, Poe, Dickens, and Dostoevsky into sci-fi.
Today, 1-1-2009, the Sci-Fi Channel is running their usual “Twilight Zone Marathon,“ which they’ll sometimes run on holidays; it doesn’t matter what holiday it is: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and/or you’ve guessed it New Years Day.
Just when I think I’ve seeing all the episodes, one will pop up that I haven’t seeing yet.
The series ran from 1959-1964.
